Call 847.220.7268 (our box office voicemail) to leave a message with your name, phone, name of show, date of performance, and number of tickets so we can have them pulled and ready for you when you arrive.

Confirmation of phone orders received is only possible for reservations made 4 hours before the performance.

It's easy to buy tickets to our shows! If you decide at the last minute, the box office opens 1 hour before show time. Prairie Lakes Theater is spacious and comfortable without a bad seat in the house.

• Tickets for our productions are only valid if purchased through our official ticketing partner, AudienceView, or through the Big Noise Theatre box office, either by phone or in person. We do not authorize the sale of our tickets on third-party websites such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, or similar platforms. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers may be invalid, and entry is not guaranteed.
• Children aged 2 and under may attend for free if seated on a lap, although not all productions are recommended for children this young.
